Emergence of Multichain

Multichain is a web3 routing and cross-chain interoperability protocol that has emerged as the leading infrastructure for web3. Its open source technology has facilitated billions of dollars in transaction volume and generated millions of dollars in revenue for the token lockers of the MULTI token. The goal of Multichain is to connect all blockchains and enable seamless interoperability between them.

The Inception of MultiDAO

After becoming the top bridging and cross-chain interoperability protocol, Multichain launched MultiDAO, a community-driven initiative to expand the reach of Multichain and solidify its position as the leader in inter-blockchain communication.

MultiDAO's Mission

MultiDAO encourages active participation from the community in order to function as an extension of Multichain. The purpose of the DAO is to support Multichain in key business functions such as marketing, administration, security, and research and development. DAO members can earn rewards based on their contributions through a Proof of Contribution System, which promotes a "work-to-earn" mentality. For instance, community members, known as Multi Citizens, can earn a "bounty" by translating an article into their language.
